A trade behind the title
Time served on real installations matters more to us than the length of a CV.
Our engineers, fabricators and technicians are on our own payroll, not hired in per project. That is the whole reason the work holds up — and it is why we are careful about who joins.

01Who we hire
We accept applications year-round, whether or not a position is advertised. When something opens on a project, we look at the people who already applied first.
Final circuits, containment, panel work and testing on fit-out and maintenance jobs.
Ducting, FCU and VRF installation, balancing, and planned maintenance under AMC.
Water supply, drainage, pumps and sanitary installation in kitchens, clinics and villas.
Shop drawings, load calculations and coordination with interior designers and landlords.
Running a package on site day to day: sequence, materials, safety and the client's questions.
Taking off quantities, pricing scopes and keeping variations under control.
02What we look for
Time served on real installations matters more to us than the length of a CV.
Most of our work is coordinated on paper before site, so reading and following drawings is part of the job.
Occupied buildings, live systems and mall working hours leave no room for shortcuts.
On a fit-out you work beside the tenant, the designer and the mall's technical team, often on the same morning.
03Where you would work
Most people move between all three over a year, which is how trades here end up knowing more than one part of the job.

Panel modification and duct fabrication happen here before anything reaches site.

Mall units, restaurants and clinics, often working around the centre’s trading hours.

Production floors and labs, where the equipment has to run to a written specification.
