Every installation follows the project specification, the manufacturer’s requirements and the applicable authority standards, including temperature-controlled applications and clean-air room systems.

Review of the equipment drawings
We start from your manufacturer’s general arrangement drawings and utility schedule, not from a generic layout.
MEP coordination
Power, water, drainage and ventilation routes coordinated to the equipment positions, and clashes resolved on paper first.
Site preparation
Services brought to the right points, with the right capacity, before the equipment arrives — the single most common cause of delay when it is left late.
Positioning and installation
Equipment moved in, positioned and set by our own team, working to the access and lifting constraints of the building.
Connection to services
Final connections to power, water, drainage and extract, made to the manufacturer’s requirements.
Testing and commissioning
Commissioned alongside your supplier, so responsibility for the equipment and for the services meets in one place.
The equipment itself is supplied by your manufacturer, and equipment maintenance is arranged with them. Our scope is everything around it.
What we need from you
- Manufacturer general arrangement drawings
- The utility schedule: power, water, drainage, ventilation
- The delivery date and the access route into the space
- A contact at the equipment supplier we can coordinate with
None of it is essential to start. If you do not have drawings, we measure the space ourselves at the survey.

Do you supply the equipment as well?
No. The equipment comes from your manufacturer or supplier. We take care of the MEP side — positioning, installation, connection to services, and testing and commissioning.
Which industries do you work in?
Food production, pharmaceutical and laboratory facilities, and commercial kitchens, where equipment has to run to a written specification rather than just switch on.
Will you coordinate with our equipment supplier?
Yes. We work to the supplier's drawings and service requirements so the power, water, drainage and ventilation are right before the equipment arrives.
Do you maintain the equipment afterwards?
Equipment maintenance is normally arranged with the manufacturer who supplied it. We can maintain the MEP services feeding it under a separate contract.
